Mareike
I will guide you through the workshops and most yoga classes.
Having trained in athletics most of my youth I have always felt I needed something for balance, physically as well as mentally. Yoga is for me the perfect complementation to a mindful and healthy life in movement and has guided me through many situations. My main work experience derives from clinical work with trauma patients using cognitive behavioural approaches, even though being primarily trained in deep psychology. In my free time you will find me experimenting with mindfulness techniques, doing yoga or spending time with my dear ones.
Johanna
Being devoted to hiking and long walks I will guide you through the nearby surrounding forests and show you nature’s most beautiful silences. When I am not hiking with you I will support your reboot with my other passion: creating excellent veggie food.
Jad
Having been a fitness enthusiast most of my life, I am devoted to coach and encourage people to try new things. I love yoga for the balance it adds to a regular training schedule. During your reboot you will find me cheering you in the hand stand classes.
